Work at Spainfield
At Spainfield, we are in a constant process of selection for new positions, such as language teachers, monitors, program coordinators, and guides. All these positions require native or bilingual individuals with a C2 level of proficiency, in addition to certain positions in other departments like marketing or international relations.
The staff working at Spainfield is characterized by people of all ages, genders, races, and nationalities, with a multilingual, multitasking and multicultural profile, an open mind, and a strong desire to make the world a more open and better place in an extraordinary work environment where the word “team” is part of the reality of every day.
For specific positions such as teachers, we require, in addition to the corresponding qualifications, a minimum number of years of experience. However, we also believe in giving opportunities to young people who may not have experience yet, which is why Spainfield opens doors to other types of roles, like monitors, where lack of experience might not be a necessary requirement, as long as there is a strong willingness to learn and do things well. In all cases, Spainfield ensures to train all new staff.
